OK, so maybe it's not as cool and gimongous as mom and dad's house, but this is good first purchase baby! Hang onto this for a few years and sell it for a profit! You know what they say, it's not the house, it's the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! And, who wouldn't want to buy a house in our living room?
